How does one just starts randomly dancing with people at the club?
I’ve been to several dancing clubs around my campus but almost every time i just end up standing in the corner. Thing i that i feel awkward getting in the crowd just start dancing with random people. any ideas to get my confidence up??

Well, you just sort of, like … dance. Have a drink or three first. Loosen up. Maybe you’re going out at the wrong time, when it’s too early in the night and not enough people are on the floor. When there’s a crowd, just remember that most everyone else is too busy being drunk to watch you. (Well, whoever is watching you is checking you out, not secretly thinking what a horrible dancer you are. I’ll bet money wherever you go that many worse dancers than you still get up and shake it ’cause they want to have a good time.) So have a good time. Get lost in the crowd. Make a remark or give a compliment in passing to a cute girl. She’ll probably search you out later. Quit worrying about who’s watching you. People go to the bar to sit and blather with each other or check people out, not to make fun of people’s dancing skills.
