Fundraising disco – themes and ideas?
Our school has many cases there are resources for the year, but we need inspiration for the following event. We believe a discotheque in the village of reception for parents and are in the crash of a theme. A disco year 1980 has already been done and I wonder if you have any other ideas, themes, or something to attract parents to a bar? We do not want to make food. We thought, Valentine's Club, but we have no time to plan for the release of this month. Blimey, drugs and swinging of local curate a little upset. We are part of a Church of England School.

I’d do a fancy dress party. Nothing serious, but something like movie heroes (or characters). So The Godfather can dance around with Tinkerbell!

We had a disco that had the theme of going along dressed as the mum or dad in their borrowed clothes.It was a good laugh, the kids loved it.So why not get the parents to dress up like kids? Or they could dress up as heroes from their childhood.
