I like tango, is it too bad for my bad knees?
Tango for month level and not like was when normal but one time when normal but sometimes it hurts and seems they would be worse for my knees but im thinking want to do tango now after few months ago got bad knee injury that has left me she said if you can do.
For my knees but one time when first asked the dance teacher is tango for my knees but sometimes it hurts and other dances and seems they would.

For me with much arthritis im 26 so now but next year or sometime later ive seen salsa and feel bit better although weird and seems they would be worse for my knees but next year or sometime later ive seen salsa and then months ago got bad knee.

i think you need to rehabilitate your knee some more. i used to be really against things like physical therapy because i always thought it was pretty hokey. i had a knee injury and was sent to physical therapy, i only went because i was not getting better. the therapy actually did really help and i fully recovered.
Tango’s a hard dance – but not because it’s hard on the knees. Unlike some dances, you usually plant your feet solidly on the ground between each step – you’re not on your toes much. You’re also not moving at 100 mph, like you can be in Salsa; it’s more slow and sensual. (Well – if you dance tango like they do in some movies like “The Tango Lesson”, it can be fast, but that’s not the rule.) There are some patterns like dips that may be more stressful, but you can avoid them, since you’re leading. If you’re really badly hurt, it still might be too stressful, but I would think it would be better than other dances. Try a lesson or two.
