what is wrong with these dance dance revolution game pads?

Except i tried to connect wii in the console, and fit didn't everywhere. Because I think that his main source of energy or power is the gamecube, but as part of the dance pad it says "Wii" are thought to be compatible with the wii. What should I do?

Well if you read a little bit down the page it says this:

It doesnt say anything about the wii, except in the title basically.
