How can I make my back flexible again for dance?

I injured my back end of March 2007 and I'm still having trouble getting my back once more flexible for the dance. Are there any exercises or stretches that might help with the flexibility and / or strength?

    Try Yoga. Increases your flexibility while strengthening your back muscles.
