In the film, anchors away with Gene Kelly. The part where Gene Kelly tells the story of the "King Who Couldn 't Dance". I don 't necessarily want the whole movie, "Anchors Away" just the story he tells of walking along can blow his whistle when he suddenly drops into a hole. Then the small animals painted around it and say a ban on singing and dancing by the king. Later in the story he finds the king and teaches dance. If anyone can tell me where to find it appreciate. I 've looked at EBay and Amazon, as well as several other sites and cannot find what I' m searching for Thanks
