When I dance during dance class, mainly jazz and hip-hop, my body feels a little stiff. Are there exercises that will help me loosen up and not make my body feel so heavy and tight???Thanks.
Pretty much any stretch you can think of doing will be good. Try to focus mainly on stretching the lower legs so that you don’t pull any muscles.Stretching when you get done dancing will also help with stiffness.

i agree with jacob. and when you finish stretching, shake yourself up a bit and take a deep breath. then dance the night away!
