When I dance during dance class, mainly jazz and hip-hop, my body feels a little stiff. Are there exercises that will help me loosen up and not make my body feel so heavy and tight???Thanks.

She already takes creative movement and a ballet class, but she’s dropping the creative movement and doing “big girl” classes. Her mom takes her to gymnastics every day (except Sundays) for 4 hours.
